need to wear their tags at all times during the events for security purposes.
Meal coupons and Gala Night seating arrangements will be placed in
the tags.

Busing Schedule for the Gala
Night
Since the
travel from One Helang Hotel will take approximately 10 minutes by car, shuttle
bus services has been arranged to pick delegates from One Hotel Helang to the
Meritus Pelangi Beach Resort and back. Shuttle service to the Dinner venue will be between 5.45pm to 6.45pm. Please prepare early for the shuttle to avoid last minute rush.
